About Lotus Wheel

Better movement. One simple wheel.

Lotus Wheel started with a question — what if a single, well-made tool could replace half the foam rollers, balls and gadgets cluttering people's closets? We set out to build a roller that fits the curve of the spine, feels good under the hands, and earns a place in your daily routine.

The result is a family of wheels in five sizes, each shaped for a different part of the body and a different moment in your day.

Better movement. One simple wheel.

How it started

A roller that fits real bodies.

Most rollers are cylinders — same shape, same pressure, same one-size-fits-nobody experience. After years of training and testing, we kept coming back to one idea: the spine isn't flat, so why should your roller be?

The Lotus Wheel's diamond-textured foam and curved profile let you control pressure with your bodyweight instead of grinding into the floor. It's a small detail that changes how the whole tool feels.

How it's made

Quietly obsessive about the details.

Each wheel is shaped from a single piece of EVA foam over a recycled-plastic core, hand-finished, and tested for grip, give and durability. The diamond pattern isn't cosmetic — it gives the surface enough texture to hold against skin and clothing without snagging.

We make wheels because we use wheels. Every batch goes through the same routines our customers do before it ships.

Why we make these

Movement should fit your day, not the other way around.

Three minutes between meetings. A reset before bed. A back-and-shoulder roll after a long flight. The Lotus Wheel sits where you can grab it — not in a gym bag you forgot to pack — and that's the whole point.

It's a movement and stretching tool, not a substitute for personalised guidance from a qualified professional. Use what feels good and skip what doesn't.

A note from the founder

Thank you for trying us.

Building a brand around a simple wheel is, on paper, a strange way to spend your time. But we keep getting the same notes from customers — that the routine stuck, that the back tightness eased, that they finally have something they actually use. That's what keeps us going.

If anything in your order isn't right, write to us. We read everything.
